The Chief Instructor is the equivalent of a Principal and his appointment is approved by DGCA, Govt. of India. The Chief Instructor of HCAT, Mr. P.B.Reddy has a Diploma in (Mechanical Engineering), B.A., M.Ae.S.I., BAMEC(HA), BAMEC(JE), CAT ‘A’ and CAT ‘C’ AME License # 2719 on HS-748, Boeing 737-200, Airbus A-300 and A-320. Mr. Reddy has about 24 years of experience in aircraft maintenance engineering in the Indian Air Force and about 16 years in Indian Airlines. He also has five years of experience as Chief Instructor in an AME institute.
